Full Potential Group signs coaching deal with Panasonic Europe

Full Potential Group (FPG) has signed an agreement with Panasonic Europe to provide executive coaching programmes to the company's senior management across Europe.

The agreement will see FPG work with Panasonic managers across the company's 43 European business units in 15 countries. These include Panasonic's European headquarters in the UK, Germany and Belgium

FPG services will include face-to-face coaching, telephone coaching or a combination of both depending on the needs of each manager.

The coaching will be part of Panasonic's executive development process and will support the Personal Leadership modules of the company's wider Leadership Development Programme.

Phil Cox, Panasonic Europe Manager - Pan-European Human Resources, said: "The professional and personal development of our staff is central to Panasonic's business strategy and we are delighted to introduce executive coaching among our senior employees.

"The immediacy and personalised nature of coaching and the ability for Full Potential Group to customise the approach for every individual's specific needs will, I am sure, enhance our leadership capabilities and help complement our other training programmes."
