The e-learning course - 'It Can Happen To Anyone' - is a self-help toolkit for individuals and organisations that aims to help reduce stress, improve health and well being, and improve both personal and organisational performance. Written by Dr Rosemary Anderson, the course comprises two modules - 'Understanding Stress and Well-being' and 'Helping Yourself'. MyKnowledgeMap says the basic course can be completed in about two hours while an in-depth version, featuring research and anecdotal data, is included for users with a greater interest in health and well being.
