PPI Learning Services adds to ITIL Version 3 portfolio

PPI Learning Services has introduced the Version 3 Service Management Foundation course to its ITIL portfolio. There is also a one-day bridging course for holders of the Version 2 Foundation Certificate that aims to introduce the key differences in Version 3 guidance.

Roy Sunley, chief executive, said: "At PPI Learning Services we see the recent launch of ITILv3 as the perfect opportunity for today's businesses to maintain their competitive edge and increase returns on investment made in IT services.

"It is crucial that the shape of these services complements the organisation's overall strategy and the new version of ITIL will help companies to translate this into reality."

ITIL Version 3 was officially launched in June 2007 following the publication of the set of 5 core books covering the updated guidance.
