Home > News > November 2006 > 16 November 2006 Directors' leadership programme launchedThe Leadership Trust has launched a new leadership development programme specifically for directors. The organisation says the programme provides an opportunity for top leaders to reflect, review and refresh their leadership style, and focuses on the implementation of learning to support the delivery of business imperatives. Undertaken over six months, the programme aims to develop the director's personal leadership skills focusing on the individual's current business situation, and enable implementation of their learning directly into their organisation. The programme includes a combination of 360° Assessment, experiential learning modules and one-to-one coaching. The Course Director will be The Trust's chief executive, Paul K Winter.
