Leadership Trust and BQF to host 2nd annual conference

The Leadership Trust will be holding its second joint conference with the British Quality Foundation (BQF) in June.

The Leadership Conference 2007 will focus on 'Feedback for Improvement'. Hosted by Alison Gill, co-founder of Getfeedback, the event will look at the importance of leadership at all levels in an organisation: obtaining feedback on performance to engineer change for the better; various sources of feedback such as benchmarking, surveys, and 360-degree appraisal; using feedback to enable change and improvement; and measuring the impact of the changes made.

The Leadership Conference 2007 takes place on 7 June 2007 at Latimer Conference Centre, Chesham, Bucks.
