MTD launches sales training and development division
Management Training and Development Ltd (MTD) has launched a new sales training and development division, MTD Sales Training. The company says its new division will focus solely on improving the effectiveness and performance of sales staff, and will specialise in business to business, retail sales and telephone training.
"MTD Sales Training has been designed to provide fun and highly interactive programmes that are based on "real world" practical sales techniques and methods that you can use with your clients," said Sean McPheat, managing director, MTD Sales Training.
"Most of our programmes are tailor-made to suit specific requirements. It would pain me to roll up and repeat information that's been heard a million times on a million other courses, as that is a true waste of everybody's time."
As part of the launch, MTD Sales Training is offering 20 free online sales training seminars to visitors to their website. Seminar topics include 'The top 5 skills of the very best sales people', 'How to overcome objections with ease' and 'How to keep motivated when making cold calls'.
"MTD is about genuine return on investment," McPheat added. "We know that the course is only the start of the process not the end, and we intend to see it through with our clients."
