Home > News > June 2007 > 05 June 2007 Chartered Institute of Marketing launches 2007-2008 directoryThe Chartered Institute of Marketing has published a new directory of courses. The 2007-2008 directory outlines the full range of workshops and short-courses that the Institute offers. These range from foundation courses for non-marketing managers or those new to marketing, to masterclasses for experienced marketers. Renita Shwili, the Institute's marketing manager for learning and development, said: "We've restructured this year's directory to make it much easier for individuals and managers to plan their learning and development programmes. "All marketing courses are now linked to the Professional Marketing Standards, making it easier to identify courses to address specific skills gaps." The Institute says it has developed a range of options to suit different needs, including traditional training courses, 'blended' learning options, tailored programmes and more formal marketing qualifications.
