Striding Out to host 'Extreme Weekend'

Striding Out founder Heather Wilkinson has designed a leadership and team training event aimed at anyone between 18 and 30 who is toying with new business ideas, starting or already running a business.

Called 'The Extreme Weekend', the event runs from 12 noon on Friday 30 June to 6pm on Sunday 2 July and takes place at Stanton Guildhouse, Stanton Broadway in Worcestershire.

Striding Out says delegates will design treasure hunts, re-package and market a local landmark, create novel dishes and cocktails - and still have time-out for yoga and back-massage.

The company adds that participants will be guided in their own action coaching sets by professional business mentors and encouraged to work with each other to discuss and solve business development issues.

"We want people to bring their skills, questions and experiences to the event and to share and tap into the thoughts of others," said Heather Wilkinson.

"Each person will be coached and encouraged to use the team-building activities for wider personal development. Business is challenging, but exploring new ways of doing things should be fun and memorable too."
