Fuel and Eukleia Training launch compliance training programmes

e-Learning courseware provider Fuel and training provider Eukleia Training have jointly developed a range of e-learning courses aimed at the financial services regulatory training market. The first programmes developed by the partnership include:

  • Introduction to regulation
  • Anti-money laundering
  • Market abuse directive
  • Senior management update

Steve Dineen, founder of Fuel, said: "By using real-life scenarios we have made learning more relevant and engaging. This gives the learner a deeper understanding of the legislation and their own responsibilities within it. Secondly, by producing visually exciting courses and multiple interactive learning exercises, the employee will interact more fully, and learn and retain more of the content as a result."

Brightwave at Learning Technologies 2006

Brightwave are to demonstrate some of the learning programmes the company has developed for organisations in the UK and Europe at Learning Technologies 2006 (Olympia, London, 25-26 January).

These include systems training for BUPA, regulatory compliance training for Exel, induction for the British Red Cross, health and safety for Sky, customer service and support training for First Choice, and product knowledge training for BT.

Charles Gould, managing director for Brightwave will be presenting a free seminar on Wednesday 25 January from 13.15 to 13.45 entitled "Award winning e-learning".

InterQuad expands Leeds centre

IT training provider InterQuad Learning has doubled the capacity of its Leeds training centre. The centre now has 8 classrooms, with the ability to accommodate over 110 delegates. InterQuad says they will be offering an increasing range of courses at the centre.
