Jeweller invests in management development

High street jeweller Beaverbrooks has commissioned Advance Performance to work with its store managers in the run up to this year's festive season.

Advance says it will provide the jewellers with performance techniques on culture, leadership, behaviour and sales, with particular focus on providing additional sales impetus over the Christmas period and consultancy at the top level of its business.

The pre-Christmas development programme will be followed by further bespoke training programme in early 2008. This will coincide with Beaverbrooks' annual managers' conference in February.
